Bereavement pānui on behalf of the Atasani and Te Hira whānau regarding the passing of their beloved Father and Big Papa, Uncle Honey, Dickie Waikiki Atasani who sadly passed away today, Friday the 1st of August 2025, in Whangarei, surrounded by his whānau.Matua is currently laying in state at Haven Falls Funeral Home, where he will remain for the duration of his tangihanga. Whanau have advised that matua will remain in the chapel for whānau viewing until 8pm tonight. The whānau will then have their private time with their papa and dad.

On Saturday the 2nd of August, Matua Dickie will be in the chapel for viewing from 11am. The Funeral Service will then take place at 1pm followed by a cremation at 2:30pm
