Sleep well Don We will meet again.
Rest easy Uncle Don - condolences to all the family. Thinking of you all today 😢 Charles, Grant & Karen
Of course we remember your photographs. Our wedding photos are all your work. Your spontaneous photos were often wonderful. You and Auntie Nellie visited us on holiday at Omaha and after a memorial meeting together you took lovely photos of our then baby Naomi. You loved peanut brownie biscuits. I loved that I was able to make a replica cake for your 90th birthday and you had the actual camera there . Lovely memories Love as we await Christ’s return and the resurrection morn. Dorothy and Philip
You were one of a kind Grandad. Your passion for photography, history, family stories and record keeping and music were inspiring. I play Strictly Oompah (loudly) to my kids and share memories with them of photo shoots and trips across WA photographing wild flowers. I see many similarities and passions in my own children and I'll continue sharing your part in the fabric of our family story. While I can't be there in person today, I'll sit for awhile in the beautiful gardens of the Trinity Church where your Grandparents were married in Launceston this afternoon. Here's a photo of them with you and Nanna Nelly on your honeymoon. I remember you proudly showing me and reminding me to remember the stories that went with the photos. Thank you for the happy times we did have together and grateful for the lessons in the tricky times. All my love and Cheerio. Kara xx
Thank you Grandad; for all the joy we shared together. You are in my heart forever. Goodbye for now. Love Jessie xo
